- No More DR Firewall Hassles: Eliminates the need to open firewall ports for synchronous replication setup and Cross Cluster Live Migration
Operational & Infrastructure Upgrades
- Node-Level Password Management: Use Prism Central 7.3 to centralize password Management for AHV Accounts (in addition to CVM Accounts)
- NVMeoF/TCP Access: Volume groups can now be accessed using NVMe over Fabrics (TCP protocol)
- Terminal Multiplexer (tmux): SSH sessions now use

- LUKS-Based Encryption: Configuration data for AOS and AHV is now encrypted at rest using Linux Unified Key Setup (LUKS).
- On-Wire Replication Encryption: All replication traffic is now encrypted by default to protect sensitive data during transfer.
- Controller VM Security: CVM access is restricted to internal system processes to reduce unauthorized access risks.
